The project consisted of the rehabilitation and transformation of an old Bristol hotel hall in San Agustín, Palma, into an exclusive 250 m² apartment with a terrace, located next to the Cala Nova marina. This space, which previously served as the main entrance of a hotel, had unique architecture and great potential. The renovation aimed to turn it into a luxury residence, combining historical elements with a modern and functional design, maximizing natural light and the connection with the maritime environment.

Achieved Results

The complete transformation of the old hotel lobby into a high-end residence was successfully achieved, with a spacious and bright layout. Open spaces were integrated, preserving original elements such as wooden structures from the hotel, combining them with contemporary materials to achieve a balance between history and modernity. The large terrace, with privileged views, became a natural extension of the living room, providing an open-living concept where the interior and exterior merge. The residence now stands out for its exclusive design, high-quality finishes, and a perfect integration with the Mediterranean style of the area.

My Role in the Project

As the project leader, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising each phase of the renovation, ensuring that the original structure of the building was respected while modernizing the space.
