Plaza Weyler Apartment Project, Palma
Project details:
The goal of this project was to completely transform an old law office located in Plaza Weyler, in the historic center of Palma. This space held great architectural value and was in a privileged location, surrounded by emblematic buildings such as the Gran Hotel, a jewel of Mallorcan modernism, and the Teatro Principal, one of the island’s most important cultural venues. The renovation aimed not only to modernize the layout and functionality of the space but also to respect and enhance its historical essence, integrating original architectural elements with contemporary solutions.

Achieved Results
The renovation successfully converted a traditional office into a sophisticated, functional space adapted to modern needs. The identity of the building was preserved by restoring original elements such as ceiling moldings, hydraulic tile floors, and wooden carpentry. At the same time, modern materials and innovative solutions were introduced to optimize lighting, improve energy efficiency, and bring an elegant, minimalist aesthetic. Thanks to the renovation, the office evolved from a fragmented and outdated space to a more open and versatile layout, making the most of its location in one of Palma’s most representative squares.
